بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِیمِ {1}
[Shakir 1:1] In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

[Shakir 3:1] Alif Lam Mim
اللَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَیُّ الْقَیُّومُ {2}
[Shakir 3:2] Allah, (there is) no god but He, the Everliving, the Self-subsisting by Whom all things subsist

یَا أَیُّهَا الَّذِینَ آمَنُواْ لاَ تَقْرَبُواْ الصّلوةَ وَأَنتُمْ سُکَارَى حَتَّىَ تَعْلَمُواْ مَا تَقُولُونَ وَلاَ جُنُبًا إِلاَّ عَابِرِی سَبِیلٍ حَتَّىَ تَغْتَسِلُواْ وَإِن کُنتُم مَّرْضَى أَوْ عَلَى سَفَرٍ أَوْ جَاء أَحَدٌ مِّنکُم مِّن الْغَآئِطِ أ َوْ لاَمَسْتُمُ النِّسَاء فَلَمْ تَجِدُواْ مَاء فَتَیَمَّمُواْ صَعِیدًا طَیِّبًا فَامْسَحُواْ بِوُجُوهِکُمْ وَأَیْدِیکُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ کَانَ عَفُوًّا غَفُورًا.

On the basis of the science of physiology the human body is composed of Billions of cells and tissues. With the passage of time, the cells get old and worn out and wither away and young cells take their place. This is how the schedule of life goes on
That thing which worn the man out and stop the cells from performing their activity and work and brings the gift of death to man are the harmful microbes which enter the human body

Sura 2 Aya 1 to 286

اهْدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَقِیمَ {6}
[Shakir 1:6] Keep us on the right path.
صِرَاطَ الَّذِینَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَیْهِمْ غَیْرِ الْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَیْهِمْ وَلَا الضَّالِّینَ {7}
[Shakir 1:7] The path of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed favors. Not (the path) of those upon whom Thy wrath is brought down, nor of those who go astray.

This is an account of the Imam after Abu Abd Allah Ja’far b. Muhammad, peace be on them, describing who gave birth to him and the date of his birth. It includes the evidence for his Imamate, the age he reached and the period of his succession (khilafa), his death, its cause, and the place of his grave.
(This is) an account of the Imam who undertook (the office) (al-qa’im) after
Abu Abd Allah Ja’far b. Muhammad, peace be on them, (describing) who gave birth
to him and the date of his birth. (It includes) the evidence for his Imamate,
the age he reached and the period of his succession (khilafa), his death, its
cause, and the place of his grave.
