No Afghan immigrant child, even if illegal, should be deprived of Education: Ayatollah Khamenei
Viewing immigrants as “foreigners” is a deviation from revolutionary ideals
“No Afghan child—not even illegal and undocumented immigrants—should be deprived of an education, and they should all be enrolled in Iranian schools,” stated Ayatollah Khamenei.
The Leader of the Islamic Revolution requested veneratation towards all Afghan immigrants by stating: “Tehran is home to Afghans": proving that the Islamic Republic of Iran’s policy on treatment towards Afghan immigrants has been, set out, based on primary ideals of the Revolution; negligence and malfunction of an idealless and bureaucratic management, which views immigrants as “foreigners”, is a deviation from revolutionary ideals, and these ideals will be confronted."
The people of Afghanistan are very talented and intelligent
Hundreds of thousands of Afghan immigrants are studying at different educational levels in Iran. The people of Afghanistan are very talented and intelligent. This talent in acquiring knowledge should be utilized in a correct way, because Afghan graduates are needed for the reconstructiion of your country [Afghanistan]. Tehran is home to our Afghan brothers. I hope that the domestic achievements and capabilities of the government and people of Afghanistan will increase on a daily basis.

Iran has been hosting about three million people from Afghanistan
While the European countries failed to offer refuge, to at most tens of thousands of refugees, it has been many years since Iran has been hosting about three million people from Afghanistan. Iran has prepared the ground for them to have education and to live a good life, and it has behaved towards them in a humanitarian manner with complete patience.
